Tyler Brown

Founder & CEO

Tyler Brown leads Lodging IQ, a lodging solutions company that handles rate negotiations, booking, billing and reporting for businesses with extended stay travelers. Previously, Mr. Brown was Chief Information and Strategy Officer for Woodspring Hotels with responsibility for distribution, technology and strategic leadership. He served as CIO for Dean and DeLuca, overseeing all information technology for the global gourmet retailer. Mr. Brown gained lodging experience at CLC Lodging (formerly Corporate Lodging Consultants), where he was Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration.


Lisa Curtis

VP of Sales & New Business Development

Lisa A. Curtis joined Lodging iQ in 2016, as the VP of Sales and New Business Development. With over 25 years of experience, she has an extensive background in both the lodging and travel industries. Lisa began her career with Balassa Travel Company, as a Corporate Account Manager after graduation from Ohio Travel School. From there, she moved to a new role in the Corporate Housing industry where she spent over ten years in Operations, Sales and National Account Management. Lisa then carried her knowledge and experience to Extended Stay America, where she served as a Key Account Manager, leading various verticals in Government, Insurance, Corporate Relocation and IT. While at Extended Stay, Lisa served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Relocation, Corporate Housing, and International IT.

She holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation. She has been a member of the Employee Relocation Council since 1998.
